About

About Kimberly

For much of my life, I searched outside myself for clarity, for belonging, for a place I fit. I looked to relationships, roles, understanding others, and self-improvement to find my place. Over time, I learned that what I was looking for wasn’t missing. I was simply disconnected from it.

My work grew from learning how to listen inward with care- to my body, my emotions, and the different inner experiences. I began to see that the parts of me that felt anxious, driven, guarded, or unsure weren’t problems. They were trying to help me survive and belong.

I now support others in returning to their own inner steadiness, especially when life feels overwhelming or confusing. Not by fixing or changing who they are but by slowing down enough to listen to what’s already there.

How I Work

My work is gentle, grounded and relational. Sessions are spacious conversations supported by somatic awareness, emotional integration and intuitive reflection. We pay attention to what’s happening emotionally and in the body, and gently explore the different inner parts that show up- especially during moments of conflict, self-doubt, or feeling stuck.

Rather than try to override or “fix” any part of you, we get curious:

  • What is this part trying to protect?

  • What does it need?

  • What happens when it feels understood?

As these parts soften and integrate, a steadier sense of self begins to emerge- one that doesn’t need to search outward for permission or directions.

This work isn’t about pushing change. It’s about creating safety that allows change to happen naturally.

This work isn’t about searching for something new. It’s about remembering what you already know.

My Background

Over the years, I’ve studied and trained in a variety of modalities that inform how I hold space and support others, including:

  • Life coaching training with Martha Beck

  • Somatic and emotional integration practices (Esalen Institute)

  • Sound and vibrational work (Tama-Do Acadamy)

  • Transformational inquiry and shadow work

  • Embodied movement and nervous-system awareness (Soul Motion)

  • Astrology as a symbolic and reflective tool

Rather than practice these as separate techniques, I integrate them intuitively- responding to what each person needs in the moment.

I am not a therapist or a psychic. I am a guide who listens carefully, reflects honestly and helps you reconnect to your own inner wisdom.

Who This Work is For

This work tends to resonate with people who:

  • Feel deeply and think a lot

  • Have spent years caretaking or holding things together

  • Are in transition and craving clarity

  • Are tired of trying to “figure themselves out”

  • Feel disconnected from their body or intuition

  • Long for a sense of inner belonging

If you’ve been searching outside yourself for direction or reassurance and something in you is ready to turn inward instead, you’re in the right place.

What I Believe

I believe:

  • You are not broken

  • Your body carries wisdom

  • Clarity emerges when you feel safe

  • Coming home to yourself is a process- and you don’t have to do it alone.

An Invitation

If something in these words feels familiar- if you recognize the longing to stop searching outward and finally rest inside yourself- I’d be honored to walk with you.

You don’t need to have it all figured out.

We begin exactly where you are.
