You don’t need to prepare anything.

You don’t need to know what to say.

We begin wherever you are. Different inner parts often show up naturally- some ready to talk, some cautious, some unsure.

All of that is welcome.

My role is to help you listen inward in a way that feels safe and grounded. The intent is to support you in leaving more connected to yourself- closer to home- than when you arrived.

• Somatically informed- the body is a doorway to truth and regulation

• Emotionally attuned- feelings are welcomed, not rushed

• Relational and intuitive- deep listening without performance

Inner Alignment Session

60 minutes/ Virtual or In- Person

This is the heart of my work.

An Inner Alignment Session is a quiet, supportive space where we explore whatever feels present for you- confusion, overwhelm, emotional fatigue, relationship patterns, or a general sense of disconnection.

This session is supportive if you:

• feel overwhelmed or emotionally exhausted

• feel internally conflicted or unsure

• are navigating relationship patterns or transitions

• want to trust yourself more fully

• long to feel steadier and more at home in yourself

There is no agenda. We follow what’s alive.

Sound & Energy Harmonizing

45 minutes/ In-Person

A deeply calming, body-centered session using tuning forks on acupressure points and gentle sound frequencies. This supports relaxation, release of held tension and a sense of inner balance. Many people leave feeling more spacious, present and settled. This session is especially supportive if you’re feeling physically tense, overstimulated or depleted.

Birth Chart Insight Session

45 minutes/ Virtual or In-Person

Astrology is used here as a reflective language, not prediction. Your birth chart becomes a symbolic map we explore together offering insight into emotional patters, sensitivities, strengths and life themes. The focus is self-understanding, compassion and perspective.

Astrology Gatherings

Small Groups/ In-Person

Warm, intimate gatherings for friends or small groups. Each participant receives a chart and personal insight, woven into a shared experience of reflection and connection.
